At Sama Rugs our products are dispatched within 2 days.

We know you will want to settle your new rug in your home as soon as possible so we will let you know once the rug is on its way.

Returns and Refunds

At Samarugs, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality handmade rugs that meet or exceed their expectations. We understand that sometimes, for various reasons, a customer may need to return a product for a refund. This policy outlines our guidelines for processing refunds.

  1. Refund eligibility To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • The rug must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • The rug must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
  1. To initiate the refund process, the customer must contact us by email at admin@samarugs.com.au or through our website chatbox and provide the following information:
  • Name and contact information
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the rug is not lost or damaged in transit.

Upon receipt of the returned rug we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  1. Exceptions The following items are not eligible for a refund:
  • Custom orders or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged
