By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

Access and Use of the Service

You must only use the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable law.

You must not interfere or disrupt the Website or servers on networks that host the website. Additionally, you must disrupt or attempt to disrupt or interfere with any security related features of the website or use any data collection tools on the website such as data mining, robots, screen scraping etc.

When registering an account, you must:

-          Be at least 18 years old.

-          Provide accurate information regarding your name, address, phone number and valid email address.

You are responsible for the activity occurring on your account including orders, returns, cancellations etc.

Your password details must be kept secure and we are not liable for any unauthorised activity on your account.

You must not use another person’s Account without our, and/or the other person’s, express permission. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account

Content on website

Our website and its contents are subject to copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. All material including written, visual, audio and video content cannot be reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or published without prior permission.

The website provides information about the products sold based on the suppliers and product manufacturers information. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors caused by these third parties (except when required by Law).

The products may differ to a small extent in visual appearance (for example in colour) from the way they appear on the Website. In addition, where it is suitable to do so, some depictions of Products are created or chosen by us for promotional purposes, and may not be an exact representation of the Products received.

Account Registration, Orders and Cancellations

You must posses a valid credit card or debit card when making a purchase. All details provided to us for purchasing a product must be correct. We reserve the right to obtain confirmation and validation of your payment details before giving you the product.

Irrespective of any previous price you have seen or heard, once you select a Product that you wish to order, you will then be shown or told (on the Website) the charges you must pay including GST, if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges. Unless otherwise stipulated on the Website, all charges are in the currency then in force in Australia.

You must pay for the Product in full when placing an order by one of the payment methods we provide on the Website. In any event, we shall not be bound to accept the order before we have received the funds in full.

When you submit an order to the Website, you agree that you do so subject to these Terms and Conditions current at the date you submit your Order. You are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms and Conditions each time you submit your order.

 If you do not provide the required information when making a purchase, your order will be cancelled, and your payment will be refunded back to the original payment method. These information requests are sent to help protect payment method account holders from online fraud.

You may be sent an email from or Fraud Prevention Team requestion further information to confirm your identity.

Your order remains valid until we issue a Confirmation of your order. We are under no obligation to provide the product until we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason (unavailability, insufficient funds).

If you find you have made a mistake with your order please contact samarugsofficial@gmail.com immediately for support. We cannot guranee that we will amend the order but we will aim to fix the problem as far as we can.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch the Product to you within 2 days.

Items will be delivered to the address you provided while placing an order. Items cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.

If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you at the agreed delivery time, we will provide you with the instructions to re-arrange the delivery.

Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).

Alternatively, if you indicate that you would like to give us the authority to leave the Products at your delivery address in your absence, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Products if the Products are recorded as delivered by our shipping partners.

Damaged or Faulty Returns:

Please notify Sama Rugs as soon as possible if the product arrives in a damaged or faulty condition.

When returning damaged or faulty items we require the product to be in unused and in its original condition and packaging. 

Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our team.

Promotional Vouchers and Gift Cards

Any gift cards provided are treated as cash and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.

Gift cards are not allowed to be used to purchase another gift card.

Promotional vouchers and gift cards are only valid for specific period and will expire.

Promotional Vouchers may be used as payment for specific products on the website in accordance with the special terms and conditions stated on them.

Promotional vouchers have no cash value.

Only one promotional voucher can be used at a time. If the credit of a promotional voucher is insufficient for the Order you wish to make, you may make up the difference through payment by other means.

If you place an Order for a Product less than the value of the promotional voucher, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you.

We are not liable for any theft, loss or illegibility of gift or promotional vouchers.
